All main views displayed at 1/4"=1'-0" scale using 3/32" typeface. Plans are for general use and may require alteration to be approved for construction in your municipality. All plans shall be reviewed by a state licensed Architect or Engineer before construction.

Plans are delivered with blank municipality, energy, and project information. Client and project information may be added to purchased plans by request. This and additional changes may delay plan delivery time. Alterations may be done at request for additional fee.

Contact us for special pricing on adjustments to plans. We offer alterations for your project location including foundation and insulation changes.

We also offer CAD files to share with your Architect.
